  • Price v quality…. wording on previous thread

Posted by Gavin Conway on 21 March 2010 at 10:06

Hi please :help: I started looking at this forum a few months ago when I joined and whilst browsing I saw a great little string of words posted by someone on a thread – – – something about Price v Quality and meant to write it out to add to my customer quotes etc… but forgot to go back.. Now after a few hours of looking I cant find it again!

It was something about people forgetting about price before forgetting about bad jobs or mouthing bad jobs not good ones.. or something like that… can anyone help with what I’m talking about… if it makes sense!!

    Cheers

    you mean this?

“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten” – Benjamin Franklin

It was in ‘off topic discussion’
