Polystyrene Sheets for CNC routing Supplier
Hi Guys
As the name suggest I’m looking for a supplier of medium to high density Polystyrene sheets at 8 x 4 or bigger.
I believe there is a medium to high density board which is perfect for CNC routing.
Any ideas? Used to buy from a local form who no longer exist

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe you can use Smart-X in a CNC router but only with the right cutting tool otherwise it creates a right mess. We buy ours direct from Pyramid in both 8×4 10×5 for direct mounting but might be worth a go? Or at least a phone call as I’m sure they’ll be able to help.
They’ve been great (in general) for me!

I haven’t used it yet but try ‘Sign-Block’ from Indasol http://www.indasol.co.uk
sheet size 1m x 2m
thickness 25mm, 38mm, 50mm and 75mm.If you try I would be interested to see if it’s OK
