    .. am i right in thinking that ads such as this are a bit misleading (in respect to the photo).

    Isn’t this type of Plotter just a cutting machine ? 😕

    is it me or does the attached look like it’s printed the whole image…
    or is this plotter a printer too and I’m just mistaken ?

    I hope I’ve explained that in English 🙂

    its a black & white vector image cut and has been weeded. probably wont look so good close up

    as chris says, just a vector file, plenty on art disks you can buy off the shelf. I’ve done something similar but with horses….. mongrel to weed, but the results look good from a distance.

    I understand it’s a vector file… but it wouldn’t look like on the ad out of the machine… it would need 2 vinyls (black and white) and work to weed and overlay..

    am i wrong ? 😕

    Yes the photo is misleading in as much as the output wouldn’t be like that. It has been removed from the plotter, weeded and then put back in.

    Photo’s of plotters wouldn’t look too clever if they took pics of cut Vinyl before weeding 😮 :lol1:
