    hi all, help needed, please can someone help, my sp540 v uniform cadet plus is not printing in a straight line, i saw previous topics and it says that you clean the encoder strip, sorry to sound dumb, but where is it and how do you clean it, thanks in anticipation of some advise,

    hi all, not to worry, i found it , cleaned it and it cured 3 problems in one, thanks for looking anyway lads
