we have an 3 metre Guillotine also, it had a service about 6 months ago. i dont know the name of the guy that serviced it, but his service sticker is still on the machine. if no luck, let me know and ill get the details.
i dont know about the folder though, we have a 6 foot wide manual metal folder. but never had it serviced as yet.
im sure the guy will know someone if he doesnt already do it.
