  Photoshop problem

  hi all, can anybody help me with this, I’ve got to replicate this outline affect in photoshop inc the grainy red ( the stroke is no probs its the grainy red thats causing me problems), can anyone help ?, i have the .psd file to upload or email if needed as don’t think i can upload psd file on forum?, i have multiple file to replicate but just one psd file would do me as i can then see the blending options used and replicate. thank you in advance for any help. regards shawn
