  • Pcut getting landscape and Portrait Mixed Up

    Hi all,

I’ve trawled this and other forums for the answer to my question but can’t find it. Could anyone here help?

I have a Creation Pcut 630 using Sign blazer. Every time I cut it seems to be getting a bit muddled up. It cuts landscape as portrait and opposite to whichever I ask it to i.e. in reverse. This is fine as long as I’m doing smaller stuff as I can compensate for the error but I’m going to have to get the issue resolved sooner or later. I’ve tried using other software and had the same problem. I’ve got com2 disabled and the com3 port set exactly as specified in posts on here. I’m usigd XP with Service pack 3 and a USB connection. Please, please help if you can..

Spoke to my supplier and he didn’t seem to know either 🙁 😥 😥 😥

If it has worked in the past, try re installing the software, if it is doing the opposite of what you are selecting it could be a firm ware glitch, try downloading another driverfor the Pcut for your sign making software.
