What is it, a Versacam or a PC600? The seller doesn’t seem to know! It appears to be someone who has no idea what the machine is or what it’s used for.

yep.. but also selling arcade cabinets, so in someways it would be useful for repairing arcade cabinet graphics.

Maybe the seller was using it to redo the sides of the machines with new graphics (-)

i dont know owt about the machine anyways, but if it is genuinely being mis-described etc, you can report it to ebay and get them to explain to the seller, or email the seller direct.
