    Hi

I’m trying to print the attached file on a PC60 via signlab. 6 r13 but it keeps stopping mid flow.

It will print the red spot 21 but fails to print the black 12. Both spot colours are loaded and enabled in the print setting.

I have tried with it with trapping on and off to no avail. I’ve also changed the black cartridge in case it was that, no joy.

I seems that it goes to pick up the cartridge and then just gives up. Then the busy and colour lights just flash.

I’ve even tried it removing the invisible welds and still no joy.

Can some one please enlighten me?

    Thanks

    Dan

i cant open your file – when it stops whot colour should in do next i dont know any thing about signlab – i would also put a set of cmyk in aswell as your spot red just to see if you put on traping then it wants all cmyk as also photo colour

    Hi

It prints the red fine so by rights it should be printing black next, i have just changed the Invisible to clear but get the same results.

my guess is its looking for white.
personally i would change all red to 100% mag and put a mag lable on to the red ribbon case then spot colour problems do not excist
files made in this manner can be very hit and miss to a lot of drivers
