    Hi everyone –

Right! Got the it working on WinXP via parallel port and I have tried printing and cutting.

The cutting works fine and it DOES print, but the quality is grainy.

The PC60 has been standing for around a year, and before this was working brilliantly.

I am using a matte vinyl as I haven’t got any gloss to hand, could this be the reason or do I need to somehow clean the print head?

I am nervous about taking any of it apart as I realise they are temperamental to begin with.

I would be really grateful if anyone could offer up any suggestions,

    Thanks all,

    Cath

probably you have it set as photo colour instead of spot colour.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply – I know I did definitely have it on Photo colour, so I will change it and have another go! Thanks very much again!
