We have received an offer for a seconhand PC60.
We already work with transfer and vinyl for tshirts.

I think the PC60 could be a great addition to make garments.

Anyone is using the PC60 for that? We need some recomendations.

Anyone have calculated the costs? For example an full color A4?

The initial idea is small full color logos (pocket size) for dark garments and nylon stuff.

    Any advise is really welcome.

We used our PC600 for garments, but only found it suitable for small breast type logos, as the material used is quite thick. So anything bigger and it`ll feel like there was a piece of card stuck to the garment.

Colour cut is available from Express 01332 858333
They also do a thinner film, suitable for nylon material.

Thank you. We work with Xpres too.

So, is it similar to transfer for dark garments?

Any problem with durability after washing?

    Also, costs?

    yes it is.

Never costed it, slotted it between screen printing and embroidery prices.

    Charged about £4-£5 a small logo (80mm x 50mm)

What you have to remember it has its markets.

Low volume. ( screen printing needs hign volume to be cheap)
Very fine detail. ( embroidery has its limits to how small you can go )

I did notice a customers logo had faded when he came in for more items, but that was on a boiler suit, which might have been subjected to high temps when washing.
