Pausing of print

Hi All

Merry Christmas hope everyone is enjoying themselves rather than working like us lol.

I have a problem with my versecam 540v.

It keeps pausing half way through jobs. the job dissapers from the rip and the printer says "job processing".

I have tried –
Reinstalling verse works
disconnecting the Internet
Replacing the Ethernet cable
Making the job file smaller

Still stuck, if anyone can help would be great many thanks

Cheers for the reply.

I had a look at this feed but seems slightly different as my printers not switching its self off. i think the problem is with verse works as the job just disappears from here.

Think ill have to try and get hold of Roland on Monday

Turn Off no sleeping… checking Power settings on the computer.
