PaperLink (Robert Horne) Charges
After speaking to the office yesterday, I have been informed they are in the process of incorporating delivery charges on all orders and a cutting charge on all
materials (sign boards) if you need then cut to size.
No more free delivery for orders over a certain amount.Regards

Yup, there seems to be a lot of price increases at Robert Horne since changing over
to Paperlink. Their ink has gone up 11.25%. Time to look elsewhere I think. -
I’ve been with them from the europoint days, upmost respect for Cameron & John Kerfoot always been helpful, and still are.
I have put up with the sharp edges on cut board as the cutting was free, but if I am having to pay for this then they want to make sure they don’t arrive the same.Regards

Was charged £15 +vat yesterday for multiple cuts on acrylic, (7 pieces) don’t know if there was an extra charge on the one cut in a sheet of composite I ordered. Nothing was mentioned about delivery charge.
My new supplier (Antalis) charges for cutting, but about the same, I think, and free delivery over £50. They don’t stock acrylic, or I would have purchased from them.Roy, I regularly get cuts, if not careful, from their cut sheets, not a nice finish.

If they are charging for delivery i shall go elsewhere…….bought two rolls of orajet 3164 today from Firstfix in Glasgow……..£7.00 cheaper a roll than Paperlinx even with my UKSG discount…….things are changing……before Europoint were cheap…..seems not to be the case now.
