painting logo’s on pitches… advice please
Hi guys n gals,
does anyone know what the paint is that’s used to do sponsors logo’s onto grassy pitches? I’m considering doing this as an experiment at my club but need to work on prices etc, I would imagine it also needs to be showerproof without being permanent!
Luckily we have a balcony from where many people watch and from where match footage is shot, I was thinking that i’d need to use some kind of projector from up there, beamed onto the pitch after dark?
any suggestions would be helpful.

You need a spray that won’t burn the grass Hugh. It works upside down too..which sounds hard to use but works.

ave only ever done them to be viewed as is…with no distortion. But do a search here as the formulae/equations for doing it have been discussed before. -

as most of the spectators will be infront of the club house or on the balcony, it’ll be fairly close to the side so I don’t think it needs distorting too much, a projector would be easiest – i think.
I can’t think of any other way of drawing it out 20ft square!

either i’m searching for the wrong stuff or info is very thin on the ground. line pain it about all I can find, really it needs to be a water based paint for short term apps,
I’ve contacted "pitchcare via their website and they have finally emailed me to tell me to look at their website 🙄 if it had got the info I wanted do they think i’d have contacted them through it?
