Painted boat transom.
Posted by Jill Marie Welsh on 28 May 2011 at 17:51Did this today.
It’s mainly Ronan lettering enamel.
Roughed it in and painted it.

You really did enjoy yourself Jill.
Love the highlights and the overall fluidity.
You nailed it.
I can’t get Ronan paint here, what’s it like compared to 1Shot?Is the pic you when you were blonde? 😉

Thanks.
It was a fun job.
The only thing I had no control over was the hair color.
I wanted to make her a redhead, because it would have complimented the other colors better.
(the lettering is actually maroon)
Neil the flow of Ronan is similar to the old 1Shot.
The new 1Shot feels sticky if you know what I mean. -
Love the ageing effect on the text – a great job to be really proud of.

nice one jill "the girls" the kind a thing youd see on a B17 flying fortress of ww2 vintage 😀 nice tho how did you "weather it "

Thanks.
All I did was go back into the letters after outlining them with a bit of the same color paint.

Very nice Jill – but what’s with the girl pleasuring herself on the oar 😕 😳
