P-CUT0630 – problem with contour cutting
Hi all,
Have recently got another Pcut, this time a ct0630 with optical eye..with flexistater10..I can send the contour cut fine and set the reg marks in the interactive section. The contour will cut, but 4-5mm above the image/print I want it to contour around?? Is there some adjustment I need to make in settings??have looked in flexi help but cant sort. any advice would be much appreciated Thanks Nick -

it appears that you need to edit the settings in the .CSM file to resolve the off cut problem…I follow instructions in the link but are unable to edit the .CSM file from notepad as it wont save as a .CSM file?? any advice?

Can’t help with the particular plotter but you can save as anything you want in notepad. Just choose "all files" in the save window then in the file name window put say "test.csm" without the quote marks

Hi, Thanks..have just managed to save in notepad as you suggested!…It would’nt let me save anything into the flexi original file…so had to place in another folder and then copy across….now gotta see if changes make any difference in the off set cutting!!
