Save them as eps’s first then Photoshop shouldn’t have any problems opening them.

Hi Terry, do you have Adobe Illustrator? I have just tried, if you import an Ai file from our disk, then copy to the clipboard you can paste into photoshop. Or you can save it in Illustrator (i just saved it as Ai version 3.0/3.2) Then imported into Photshop this will import it at a higher resolution.

Other than that I guess you can do a screen capture & paste it into Photoshop….

….what are you going to do with it in photoshop?

    Thanks Liam but no joy

Brian I opened as ai in signlab and selected the veiw I wanted and copy /pasted into pshop ,worked fine -thanks

If I create something in photoshop at 300dpi and put it onto my outline
then when I save it it will be the correct size to print -is that right or am I making a muppet of myself ?
