3651 is bl**dy thin prints spot on though, using a r/hopper 1 and a standard vinyl profile 😀

Is that a technical term Fred lol , Glad you like it, profiles can be found on both http://www.orafol.de and also Rolands website , if your using genuine inks, third party inks may need some tweaking but it would be the best place to start.
Its a 70mic film polymeric blend 5 yr with a solvent adhesive , great for most vehicle livery that avoids complex curves.

    Hope that helps.

I’m using genuine inks from Roland, Eco-Sol Max.
I found the profiles on the Orafol site.

    Hi Again,

Monomeric films are thicker as the solvent displaces the polymers more easily and thicker is good as it makes the film more stable for applying to flat panels or flat sheets, Polymeric and cast are thinner down to 50 mic as they are more stable anyway the solvent ink doesnt displace the polymers so easily, these are more flexible and better for Vehicle graphics etc,
Your using a good all round film thats prints well.

    Regards
