    Hi All,

    Quick question.

I normally use 3M 1080 or Avery SWF for our wrap projects and love the films. Easy to work with and you know what you are getting. However I wouldn’t mind expanding my horizons a little bit, more choices of colours and options as well as some financial benefits.

Just been reading a few threads on here from past and present. How would you rate the following films if you have used them, any pro’s and limitations (don’t like to say cons as I know all are reputable firms) …

Oracle 970 (side note: Who stocks this?)
    Hexis HX20000/30000
GrafiWrap – Can’t work out if this is a cast film or a product designed for wrapping.

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris Nylan :thumbup2:

Not used Oracal, tried to buy it but never receive much of a decent service from the supplier…

Hexis have some very good colours but I dont think the adhesive is as good as 3M etc.

grafityp we’ve never used, they don’t seem to push their wrap products very much which is surprising given how big the market is now..

    Cheers Jon,

Think I’ll have a mooch around and try and buy some 1m lengths in to try a few different types.

Arlon is another which seems to have some good characteristics from the spec sheets. Only ever used it to wrap roofs and that went on well.
