    Hi

We’ve been asked to quote for 500 round double sided open/closed signs.

How would you do this, and what materials would you use?

We have a 65" solvent ink printer.

    Thanks

    Joseph

    Extra info:

The signs are around 200mm diameter, and will be full colour print.

I’d like to do it in house, but if we can’t do it, then I’ll sub it out.

If the design is constant for all 500 I would get a price from a full colour screen printer or a trade flatbed digital print supplier. It would easily work out cheaper than producing in-house on your solvent machine.

Otherwise if you don’t have CNC facilities you would have to buy in all the plastic circles ready cut, then manually apply each print on each side.

I had hoped we could do it, but when they said a thin plastic… that rules in house out.

I got my boss to post in the quote forums.
