Opal Perspex 069 1mm x 3mm

IMHO you’d be better off using 1mm white polycarbonate, it’s cheaper and less brittle.

Why do you want OPAL? If you are printing / sticking to the face surely WHITE would be better. If applying to the rear – you’ll need clear & back it off in white.
The only time most signmakers use opal is in lightboxes…..
ps. If just round a factory & face applied/printed, 3mm White PVC (or even Foamed PVC) would probably be fine as it’s fairly cheap & sturdy.

Hmm sounds good do you know of a good supplier I can get some samples from?

Just about any plastics or signage supplier will carry that.
Europoint, Amari, Stockline…….(or ask a local sign shop for an offcut to play with) 🙂
