    onyx software problem

    Ha All

    I have recently bought a mutoh rockhopper running on 3rd party inks.
    Using onyx 6.5. What ever i print on a wide range of different profiles the image colour is not right.

    Does any one what the fix to this would be or some one that knows a lot about onyx

    Hi

    The profiles you have are probably supplied by Onyx and were built using the Mutoh inks.

    Thus they will not give you the correct colour with third party inks.

    You can either go back to the official inkset so that your profiles work or get new profiles built for you with your third party inks.

    The ink supplier may have Onyx profiles already built – it’s worth checking.
