    Have you spoke to Onyx technical department about this Nanncy? Sure it wouldn’t be to difficult for them to write you a driver for your machine. Better for them to do that than lose a loyal customer I would have thought.

    We had the same issue and were able to upgrade for £180.00 for it to work with our current machine.

    Agree with Martin on this one.
