  old mill bakery

  i made this one for the grist mill i live close to. it is actually just a few hundred yards from our home.
  this is all hdu with an inner core of eps foam, with a mdo .75 thick back on it for mounting.

  the close up shows jagged text, those bumps are just water drops. i had just sprayed it with the garden hose. in the close up pic, the grist mill was dremmeld to get the appearance of seperate stones. the band around the stone is a strip of roof flashing i cut. it is painted with paint i mixed sand into to get the rusty look i was after. the outer staves of the sign show a spot or two un-painted. it was touched up.
