    Oh my god – I think i am going insane please Anybody help me

    Hello,

    I honestly think i am going to go insane..
    Ok here is my problem. Tuesday everything fine, Corel X3 through to Graphtec CE5000-60… Perfect, no problem… cut 13 of 14 vinyl’s.
    Then nothing,….. Engineer has been out and said the problem is the main board in the machine the USB chip needs replacing… great coming back monday. So no USB connection.. instead he has left me with a serial – USB cable… Now it will not cut. Correct drivers installed still nothing..
    Please help me

    is this prob. resolved .?

    have you selected the correct Com-Port in your cutting software. ?

    Ola, if Jo-Ann hasn’t got it sorted after nearly 3 months, then I think you will find her in the asylum. 😉
