I have never tried Nu-Coat, so I cannot comment regarding its quality etc.
I am sure All Print Supplies sell it, not sure of others though.

Bizarrely, they are 11 minutes from KPMF vinyl manufacturing in Wales and formed in 2018 which I think was around when Orafol acquired KPMF. I wonder if it is former KPMF staff that formed the new company after Orafol moved in. I am completely guessing, though!

Nu coat is a small coating company owned by Allprint- you would be suprised of how many of these coating companies exist in the uk, some manufacture for our industry and others are more specialised products,

I have used the mono and poly, it prints nice and has a solvent adhesive and lays down good.

The poly lam is a hybrid which is thicker and printable. Not 100% sure I would buy another roll.

Funny this came up, from a job done 4-5 weeks ago with the polymeric i seen it parked in the village and the prints are curling and just lifting off I called into the shop and they told me about a week after install they noticed it starting to lift, in all my years I have never seen vinyl to preform so poor, all flat panels, out gassed for over 3 days before lamination, cleaned with IPA, new van, so unless new vehicles are coming with some kind of ceramic coating and the vinyl is not the fault I would be afraid to use it again.

Was so shocked I just pulled all the prints off and forgot to take photos.
