    Good afternoon
    I have a roland sp300 always used genuine inks last week just got no yellow at all have brand new ink in Test print has no yellow at all but all other 3 colours I have changed the damper but no fresh ink coming down the pipe can anyone help or recommend an engineer I am based on the isle of man PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    It’s often a faulty damper that causes this but if you have already changed it then it’s likely to be poor sealing a the capping station or blocked outlet pipe or faulty pump. Try cleaning around the capping station first followed by a powerful clean to try and draw the ink through. If that fails try drawing the ink through manually with a syringe.
