    Hi everyone,

im a complete newby to this and thought I would say hello. Im in the very early stages of starting my own business from home, whilst working full time for my employer. My plan is to make vinyl stickers for walls and cars ( various sizes ) on ebay and possibly start my own website later on.

I have yet to purchase any equipment as I’m researching at the moment. I have sort of decided to just buy a cutter (24") at the moment but still torn as I want to do designs on static cling for festive periods using white ink !

Can any one give me advice !

    Thanks

Hi Margaret, welcome to the boards.
It’ll take time, probably best to stay in your present employment and build gradually.
Nigel’s right your looking at at least £6000 for a reliable machine to print white.
A good customer base is essential but this takes time too.
Good luck though in the new venture.

welcome to the boards Margaret, good to have you here.
its best to keep questions like cutters, printers etc to relevant forums as you will gain more help from individual questions than combining in one post.

best of luck with your new venture…
