New X axis motor for Graphtec
We need a new motor for our Graphtec CE3000-60.
It’s the X axis motor and I’ve been quoted £105.00 from Graphtec.
Would anyone know if the motor is a standard type that could be purchased cheaper from elsewhere just out of interest? -

how do u know its a motor problem?

I explained the problem to Graphtec.
As an update though, this morning, I took the circuit board out and hoovered it as it was quite dusty and "Hey Presto" it’s working again!!
Not very scientific I know but it saved me wasting my money and time 😀

didn’t think it was mechanical… a motor goes over time.. e.g. bushes etc
