    Hello all.
I changed my career last August, to t-shirt printing, computerised embroidery and signmaking/vehicle graphics.
Im loving it, got myself, signlab 6 a 24″ graphtec cutter a toyota embroidery machine epsom 1290 and sub inks, heat press etc.
Only problem im havin is cutting full colour transfers using the opus eye on cutter. Using coraldraw 11 and a 3 reg mark template from xpress, but cant get it to line up properly?. tried it over and over using plotter pen to test but never accurate. (?)
    Anybody got any ideas?..
    much appreciated.

    Hi and welcome 😀

Haven’t got a clue how you go about lining up the plotter, but some brainy bod will no doubt know on here. A Toyota embroidery machine eh! Now thats bizarre, does it have a sticker on the back that says “The Embroidery machine in front….” 😉 Only kidding 😀

Look forward to seeing some of your work in the “Show Us Your Stuff” forum 😀

    Cheers, Dewi

    Hi there and welcome
are you using the plotter to find the edge of your page or is it looking for registration marks made by the printer to line the cut with the print.
was the whole kit bought from express if so I am sure the can help you.
    good look.

    Hi Andrew
Thanks for your reply. 😀 Xpress sent me the template for the reg marks. but I bought the cutter off another company.(Graphtec ce3000 60) Im trying by; printing out graphic onto A4 with 3 reg marks (xpress template)then placing in the cutter and placing optical eye onto 1st reg mark, it seems to pick them up but when I select the graphtec to print it cuts/plots off centre from the graphic. The software im using to try and produce the transfer is coraldraw 11. (?) Its really challenging me, I would really appreciate some feedback.

    Thanks Mike

Hi Mike I my be wrong but i think that express do there own cutter that picks out the 3 registration marks and then cuts is your cutter picking up just the page edge or the actual registration mark ? I think that it has to pick up all three to be accurate
