just used some of the 10mm has its uses but schools out on the 5mm.

problems it dont cut well in the excaliber so far.
because of the foam centre there are a lot of little bits that get under the vinyl, clean clean then clean the work top,
these are 10mm hanging in shop stuff, should be fine. will have to wait and see if the one sided with print on it doesn’t warp the panel.

just keep cleaning the bits away

    Matt,
europoint are one stockist, as for usage, as Chris says, I would only use indoors and maybe for small exterior temp. stuff.

Matt, its a rigid foam core with thin plastic outer.

Peter, the sp says up to 2 years outdoor.

I just cut a bit of 5mm on the Excalibur, cut OK, but does create tiny particles of foam ‘dust’.

Lorraine, it may physically last 2 years, but I would only use it for small exteriors, as it looks like it may be easily damaged if used for large panels

just printed and mounted 40 A4 size display boards for the local golf club onto 6mm of this board, cuts really good, just make sure you use a new blade, am certain this will be perfect for internal signs.Cuts way easier than forex classic, I would say this is in between kappa board and forex classic in terms of stand and weight, def has its uses and Im pretty happy to be using it.
