    Hi All,

    Any body got any info when these HAVE to be implemented??
    Looking for legislation is the proverbial needle in the……..

    From what I could find the transition period goes on until 2017 but cannot find any specific date.

    they have extended the transition period to 1st June 2017, half way down page
