    Hi All

I wonder if anyone can help. I am running an HP L26500 with Onyx 10. It’s been fine since i’ve had it, never missed a beat. For some reason today there is a strange networking issue. When I start Onyx it will not show the status of the printer (ink levels etc) and will not print. I can prepare for printing though. There does not appear to be a physical network issue; I can ping the machine fine, and also I can access the webpage of the printer and get the full details, temperatures, ink levels etc. It’s just a problem within Onyx. Has anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks,
    John

Might sound daft, but have you tried turning everything off, computer and printer completely. then reboot the whole thing again?

    Hi Rob
Yes that’s always my first step when anything electrical is involved!

    Thanks anyway

Have you made sure that the printer is powered up before Onyx?

    Hi All

I gave up with this last night, turned everything off and went home early. Came in this morning, turned the printer on first as Jamie suggested and voila! Everything seems to working fine at the moment.

    Thanks for your suggestions.
