    Hi again

Need to know how to enter in the service tech mode in a Rockhopper II/ Falcon II?
I changed 2 print heads so i want to enter the serials numbers of them in the machine and align the print heads.

Exist a PDF that explain how to do it? or somebody know how to do it?

I know that exist a function in the service menu to align the print heads, but i forgot how to enter in that mode.
Also, i know that for a correct align, i have to "lead by the nose" carefully with the align screws of each print head, and make tests to correct the position.

    someone can help me?

    Hi Agusto,
I only know the Maintenance mode for VALUEJET 1608/1614 which follows: Not sure if it applies for Rockhopper II.

    1. If the system is in the operation mode or the setup
menu mode, press the [Power] key to turn the
    power off.

    2. While holding down [Setting/value -] key, [>]
key and [<] key in the operation panel
    simultaneously, press [Power] key.
The maintenance mode will start running and
    display the maintenance menu.

Thanks for the help, a friend of mine told how enter in maintenance mode 😀

This is the way for the Rockhopper II:
Press and hold the [F2] key, [F4] key, and [MENU ↓] key simultaneously. While holding down these keys, press the [POWER] key.

The system will enter the self-diagnosis mode and display the self-diagnosis menu.

Seems the same at yours changing the shape of the keys heh…

    Thanks anyway!
