inch thick diamond grade Neil !!! thats what ive been using for the last two years after i couldnt get one for my trusty pnc 960 without any problem with blades blunting, having said that your machines a lot newer so shouldnt have to many problems

Brian what is that diamond grade im not sure what it is?

hi Neil its a high quality reflective material used on police cars emergency vehicles etc. Produced by 3m not for use on your average plotter but great as cutting strips 😀
ps can i just add to that neil. If you can youd obviously get a replacement for yours i only used diamond grade as a last resort as i could no longer get spares for my machine. I think diamond grade is about £50 per mitre its not the cheaper option 😀

i have seen one once on fleabay for £27.00 if its not there try talking to people who sell the blades as they usually have them 😀
