  Need an engineer help in south east. HP Z2100

  Hi all,

  as per the title, I’m looking for an engineer or help to get my 24" Z2100 designjet photo up & running again, it had an intermittent problem whereby it wouldn’t boot up, simply solution was to never switch it off, when it was turned off it could take 10 or more attempts to boot up, each time bleeping its nuts off until it was tried again or it was successful, there was an error code of 08:11 but this I’m told is generic.

  Anyways, since I moved, it has refused to start up and I’m having no luck getting an engineer to reply to me, except Stafford who kindly recommended someone who cold help but, in turn they’ve not replied yet.
