    Mutoh vj1304 won’t turn off

    Hi guys any help on this one would be great, my black cart ran out half way through a job on saturday morning I thought I had a spare but didn’t so ordered one from grafityp this morning but the problem is when I went to power it down it just wont turn off. Didn’t know if it was safe just to pull the plug??

    Pulled the plug on our one a couple of times for the same scenario & powered up again no probs

    Hi Fred thanks for that will do it now, hopefully ink will turn up in the morning and I can get back on didn’t realise I was so low.
