Mutoh rock ink problems
Hi just wondered if anyone had problems with ink cartridges on the mutoh rockhopper 2 64 I know with it being such an old machine somebody’s gotta have had this before. It runs on 4 inks x2
If I put in each cart in one at a time 7 will connect but the last cart(8) won’t show ink level and says not original ink.
But if I remove cart 7 then cart 8 then shows ink level but then 7 won’t show ink level it’s like it won’t let the last cartridge that I put in get recognised.
This is so frustrating it’s like battle of the cartridge

Although not exactly the same, we had similar problems with cartridges reading non genuine ink on our old jester. Try speaking to your ink supplier for a new card to attach to the cartridge. May not solve the problem but certainly worth a shot!

Just a thought, if the heads are blocked would that stop the ink load process? 👿
