    Printing out a nozzle check and noticed that bank 6 (Cyan) is darker than bank 3 (Cyan).

    Can anyone confirm that this is normal as our print quality has shifted since printing on Friday.

    Currently have a call out to engineer.

    someone didn’t put a light cyan cartridge in by mistake?

    Both ink cartridges are CYAN, same Lot No.
