Is it possible to set a Summa D160 to do multiple cut passes on a job? I have some very thick media stuff to cut and 400g won’t touch it.

    Thanks

It’ll be driven from your cutting program.

Just do multiples on the same layer.

ie, duplicate with no offset., 2,3,4 on same bit.

Select all – it’ll cut all instances.

Thanks David. Unfortunately I’d already done the artwork, but managed to just cut it twice which worked out OK in the end. There doesn’t seem to be an option in the Summa Cutter Control to set the number of cut passes. In future though I will do as you have suggested.

    Thanks
