    Hi everybody

Does anybody know of a supplier of sublimation (11oz) mugs? I need to get some green ones (Jade or Kelly green) quite urgently and just generally need a supplier for mugs.

Also slighty off subject, has anybody had problems when using an Epson D88 with a bulk ink feed kit and Rotech sublimation inks where the printer deposits speckles all over the page? I have been trying to resolve with the supplier of the printer and ink kit for quite some time but am getting nowhere. I have got some potentially decent customers lined up wanting work which I am holding off at the moment but dont want to lose them!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

    Many thanks and kind regards

    Hi there

Mugs aren’t required now anyway but thanks for the reply.

I am currently looking for a decent supplier of all sublimation imprintables.

Have been looking for at a company called listawood who seem quite good but they don’t have the mousemats I need for an urgent order. Does anybody know where I can get sublimation mousemats? (blank ones, 3mm thickness 250pcs)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Regards
    Luke

    Hi Luke

Yes, the D88 spotting issue is a known issue, it’s the printer, not the CIS system.

I have a box of about 45 white subli mugs that are looking for a home.
Make me an offer if you want them

I’ve used Listawood, and their service is excellent-even to giving advice on products they don’t sell!!
Also use Xpres for vinyl. Have used Subli-nation once, but wouldn’t again 😳 🙂

    Hello Peter.
I was just a bit miffed to be ‘short-changed’ on my first(and only) order. It was only pence, I admit, but so obvious. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and e-mailed,but still waiting for a reply over a month later. 🙄 🙄

Kev-see my reply to Peter-and ditch the spam please !!

    Babs

Seems a bit rough treatment for a few pence Babs.

Don’t know Kevin, never bought from him (went laser instead of sublimation – not impressed so far!) but have been on the sublination forum for about 18 months now and doesn’t seem to be much in the way of complaints against his company. There have been a few posts lately re vinyl cutters which have all been referenced back here which is what I’m guessing brought Kev here in the first place. There was even a reply on there complaining about here – nothing to do with Kevin.

" newbie, go easy guys" is the point I’m trying to make

and Kev p.m. that lady and sort out a refund or your name is mud and I’ll tell everyone on your own forum about you.

    Hi Babs

LOL, that’s very harsh, you’re deciding never to use us again, and to slate us here, over a few pence! 😮

I obviously never received your email, I can assure you I would have refunded you a few pence, I’m not that tight! 😉

And what do you mean ref Spam?

    Cheers 😀

    Thanks Dave 😀

Once I get an email, and therefore know about the overcharge, I’ll refund it. I’ve looked on our system and cannot find an order for Babs, so i’m assuming she purchased using a business name. Rest assured I’ll refund her as soon as I know about it. This is the problem when people rely on email, it’s not always reliable, can’t beat a good old fashioned phone call! 😉

    Cheers
