i would also speak to roland for extra info.
some people say remove carts some say leave them in ???
on the left end of the machine should be the head lock bracket which must be fitted to the head unit.
empty drain bottle. the machine does not like vibration so carry over bumps.
the machine is very heavy and when loaded in to the van must be kept horizontal, remember it is 2.8mts long so need a lwb van.
i think i would remove from the stand and put on a old mattress to help absorb vibration.

remember that whilst disconnected from the mains it cant self clean so reconnect (remove head brace) as soon as possible.

if when you start it up again and it prints fine the it will be a bonus.

I ship Mimaki’s around the country quite a lot. If the printer is being left over a weekend or longer, I would empty it and flush it. If it’s only going to be unplugged for a few hours I would ship it with the inks in and strap it i the middle of the van with the head clamp attached and just be very careful.
