accent signs do moulded letters, been using them as long as i can remember, though not often as we dont push this sort of letter.
watch for trade suppliers offering cheap alternatives, they fade 😉

You could try also signtrade in N london very helpful, also I know a guy who fabricates flat faced acrylic letters with returns – he is over perivale way, hit me with an email tomorrow if you need telephone numbers
