Atlantic Tech Services do mine. I am sure a certain member may be along shortly to try and help here online first.

Thanks Iain. I was hoping to see you at the show last week.

Hi Kevin. Which Mimaki have you got and what’s the problem? Maybe I can help on here? And who seems to have gone on the missing list? I wouldn’t want to tread on anybody’s toes.

    Stafford.

Yeah, I guessed so. It was quite good actually. Seemed slow but I had time to speak to people properly and the leads are really solid. Sold 2 machines already 🙂

    Hi
The m & y are missing on one side of the print test. Double CMYK.

I`ve drawn them through before by opening the valves, removing a pipe and clamping the other pipe on the pump and pulling it through with a suringe …. but nothing is coming through at all this time.

Hybrid are quoting minimum of 3 weeks to come out. :shake:

Our repair guy is in my phone as "Mimaki Paul" lol phone goes strat to voicemail

    Any help greatfully recieved.

    Just a up date

Sorted, the pipe under the capping station had come off. Put back and valves opened and ink pulled through sorted it.

Just thought it was worth reporting incase anyone else suffered from it.

    thanks

Well done Kevin, I was going to suggest cap to be honest. Maybe you should add Mimaki Stafford to your phone contacts for next time, just in case 😀

Hi John. Yes, we do. We have Mimaki trained JFX200 engineers working for us. Probably best to start a new post and I’ll see if I can help you.

    Stafford.

    Sorry John, I can’t PM as I’m a supplier. I’ll have a look for your original post…
