    Hi,

I’ve made several test prints, and all miss magenta (Have only 1 side, not 2 as should be).
How do you fix it? I’ve tried Cleaning Soft-Normal-Hard, with no success.

    Thanks!

rather than a clean, try a head soak for 30 mins. Sorry don`t know how to direct you to it…

    Hi
I don’t think the dampor is full how do I know?
We have ordered a technician for Sunday.
Till then I will try to soak the heads thanks Denise

I would try pulling the magenta cartridge for that side of the head out first and check that it feels like it has ink in it (rather than relying on the control panel). It could be that the sensor for the trigger is snapped and the printer can’t tell when it’s out of ink.

Thanks you all for the help.
The suction cap was replaced, 30 min soaking didn’t help.
Total costs, 0, on warranty. The techinican was here first thing in the morning.
