    MIM files

    Hi All

    does anybody have problems with MAC file being sent to PC?? I have had this on several occassions that Illustrator files come through as MIM files?? This is toatlly puzzling me. any help and advise would be greatful.. and yes another solution would be to buy a MAC.

    maybe MIME, which is a internet compression format.

    Only suggestion I got to those who insist in taking shortcuts and not compressing artwork, I always email them back telling them to stuffit.

    That is StuffIt SIT file format. i think it comes part of MacOS

    This happens to me all the time Greg. You need to decompress the file. Do an internet search – you will find a few free downloads of programs (e.g winzip) that will unzip these mim files.
