Mdp supplies excel again
Hi all anybody had any mishaps with mdp? Ordered a load of vinyl from them last night about 100m in total. Was delivered this afternoon with some wrong rolls, phoned and had a no quibble reissue of stock that was in order and ontop I got to keep the stuff that was original as compensation. I am always delighted with them to be honest but never expected this, is this the norm?

no its not the norm bit generous but top marks to them.

Suppose it would cost them more to have it returned than the cost of vinyl so that’s maybe why. I’m happy anyway 🙂

MDP are good guys – I ordered a cheap log of white vinyl, had a phone call to say it was out of stock, but not to worry, next grade up has been sent at no extra cost.
