• Magnetics…

Hi all, question for you again… have a mate who works as an electrical engineer for a company who contracts two different companies and want to have magnetic signs to swap when they’re working at different sites… anyway he says that they have some land rovers that are aluminum and that the magnetic signs wouldn’t stay… anyone have any suggestions?
For magnetics themselves, do they come cut to order or in rolls, was looking for 2ft square…. any advice on pricing and where to buy them also?!
Think that’s all the questions for the moment, thanks in advance!
    Darren 🙂

For the ‘landies’ you can buy twice as much and sick the magnetics to each other. Just ‘permanently’ bond one panel to the panels.

Last time I bought my mag sheet from Bissbell

    http://www.bisbellmagnets.com/

Vehicle grade – 2′ wide (all anybody ever sells) and by the linear metre.

Pricing – I normally range around £15 a square foot lettered up, any more and nobody seems interested in buying it!

ps. I also give a disclaimer about must be stored flat & warm and speeds no greater than 30mph!! Rounding the corners (with a 2p) helps prevent lifting & curling too.

Thanks dave, was thinking of using the magnetic rolls of tape initially with double sided backing, but I like this solution better… I’m sure our Irish 2E tool is something like your 2P tool!
