magnetic rolls – Supplier request?

Cheapest supplier I’ve found is Europoint who come in at just under £7 a metre, but I order all my squeegees from Cherwells, so I order the magnetic from there so I get free postage. Cherwells magnetic has changed recently though to a glossy faced magnetic and I think its a poorer quality one to the less glossy version they sold 6 months ago 😕 Cheap verses quality, the quandre of the signmaker 🙄

Yep, you’ve got to love seeing the delivery drivers face when he walks in with a roll of magnetic though. Its a cross between “Sign for this you git” and “Blimey I hope he doesn’t order this every week” :lol1:

Dewi, sounds like Cherwells are selling Bistack3 which is made by Bisbell Magnetic Products (01283 790637). What they did was give the old material Bistack2 an extra laminate to make it a bit more ridgid, like you I prefere the older stuff and fortunatly Bisbell still sell it.

have to agree thought last roll of magnetic from cherwell wasn’t the same quaility, and peter always helps the poor guy, the driver before was one of the son’s Nigel I think nice guy he used to carry that in by his self he wasn’t a mega muscle sorry a bit off there but we also had a join about 3/4 of the way through the roll unless forewarned not really acceptable
