The 9800 is as good as any calendered vinyl, but overpriced here.
🙁 -
Hi Dan, the Mactac vinyls are nice to handle, but I don’t use them much because they cost a lot more than many other decent brands. If you are getting a good deal I’d say ‘go for it!’

We use 9800 too, and like it.
John – we get good prices from Pyramid. Who do you get your prices from?

cutting 9800 as we speak not to badly priced and good to use also plenty of choice in colours

Allprint Supplies. I’ve not looked at a price comparison because we only buy two colours for a client who specifies 9800, but I’ll try Pyramid next time we need to order.
As it stands, Allprint want to charge us roughly double what we currently pay for Avery 700.

thanks for the replies guys! Does anyone also use their printable vinyl??
I am quite interesred in hearing about JT5999R wrapping vinyl and they also offer JT5728P a 5-7 year printable adhesive backed backlit!
cheers

9800 pro vinyl at 1,23 wide I think a good price? dont want to put it in public forum though!! -
We only use mactac now, good price and easy to use with a great range of colours.
We print on the JT grey backed which is pretty good but not as good as the MD% in our opinion
Cheers

We use 9800 on pretty much everything and also get it from Pyramid. Used it for years and havnt really tried anything else but i am slowly being tempted by other vinyls like Oracal and Avery.
